Excellent support during challenging process

We had a windstorm in March 2018 that damaged a portion of our roof. The insurance adjuster evaluated it and claimed it was only partial damage and would cover less than our deductible. They would not give us recommendations for roofers, so we had to search ourselves. The first two roofers were happy to help, claimed that the shingles could not be matched and asked us to negotiate with our insurance company. One even gave us a price of $18000 to replace the roof. After the insurance company stood firm, we never heard from those companies again. Hill roofing was different. Mr. Hill came out and met with us and explained the whole process. He also said the shingle would be hard to match. But he told us how to talk to our insurance company. We were able to send the shingle to a lab and they found matching (close enough) shingles. Unlike the other companies, Hill Roofing immediately responded to schedule the smaller job. The work was done quickly and well. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing done. Mr. Hill was professional, prompt, and an excellent counselor throughout a challenging process.
